Brewing Guide

Water Temperature: 75–80°C (not boiling, to protect delicate buds).

Leaf Quantity: 2–3 grams per 150 ml cup (about 1 tsp).

Steeping Time: First infusion: 2–3 minutes. Can be re-steeped 3–4 times, slightly increasing the time each infusion.
